Motivation & Delegation
Motivating a team of people can be tricky, how do we get the best from our people. Firstly we need to understand that one size does not fit all, different people require different strategies. During this course delegates will explore different theories, tools and techniques they can use back in the workplace. The course will also look at the difficult area of delegation and will offer ideas on how to get out of ‘it’s easier to do it myself’ syndrome.
