The course can be the first step towards a CSCS Labourers Card (Green Card) and to the progressive CITB Site Safety Plus courses that range from the training of operatives through to Supervisors, Site Managers and Directors.
The CITB Site Environmental Awareness Training Scheme (SEATS) would benefit all construction supervisors and managers, junior environmental practitioners, land managers, conservationists and decision-makers.
The Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) would benefit site managers, agents and persons who are, or are about to be, responsible for planning, organising, monitoring and administering groups of staff and workforce.
CITB SMSTS Refresher
This refresher course is only for delegates who have previously passed the five-day CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or subsequent refresher course, and hold a valid SMSTS certificate.Delegates MUST attend this course before their SMSTS certificate expires.
The Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) would benefit anyone considering, or already holding supervisory or management responsibilities on site. It provides an introduction to health and safety, welfare and environmental issues for those requiring an understanding of their legal responsibilities relevant to their work activities.
CITB SSSTS Refresher
The Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) Refresher is only for delegates who have previously passed the two day Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) course and can provide proof of successful attendance. The refresher course must be completed before the expiry date on the original certificate.
CITB Temporary Works Coordinator
This two day course is designed to assist those on site who have responsibility for managing all forms of temporary works. It is also designed to give confidence to senior management and those who engage with contractors, to reach an assessed standard of knowledge.
CITB Temporary Works Supervisor
This one day course is designed to assist those on site who have responsibility for supervising temporary works.
