If you understand how the body works you can take active steps to promote wellbeing and minimise the effects of stress. The module educates on how to manage pressure in you and others and the legalities and implications of stress at work. It looks at what factors affect wellbeing and cause stress, how to identify stress signs and how they can be prevented.
This course will be available for 4 weeks and must be completed within this timescale
