On successful completion of this course, delegates will be able to:

  • Make informed decisions about which tools and techniques to use in the workplace
  • Understand the differences between beliefs, values and behaviours and how to manage them
  • Prepare for and provide feedback

This half day course can be delivered at your premises for £495+VAT for up to 10 delegates.

Prerequisites

There are no specific pre-requisites however, this course is designed for people in a supervisory/management position or in preparation for a future supervisory/management position
